Colleague will learn and understand basic microbiological techniques associated with Fermentation and Downstream Processing duties such as filtration concentration and chromatography. Colleague will comply with standard operating procedures and all regulatory documents. Demonstrate good communication skills using verbal non-verbal and written skills. Utilize mechanical skills to maintain equipment and identify mechanical problems. Maintain a safe work environment as well as demonstrate reliability in attendance.Hours: 2nd Shift Monday Friday 2:00pm 10:30pm. Overtime weekend and holiday work may be required.Position ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment.
