Title: Laboratory Technician Client: Food Manufacturing Company Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension) Location: Newark CA 94560 Shift: Monday Friday 6:30 AM 3:00 PM Role Summary Supports food safety quality and operations teams through routine laboratory testing documentation and equipment monitoring. Requires hands-on lab work data entry and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
