Lake and Pond Maintenance, Operations Manager at Dragonfly Pond Works

This is a high-impact role that ensures our clients receive exceptional stormwater system service while leading crews to perform at their best. Youll be at the heart of Dragonfly Pond Works mission-delivering quality work maximizing team productivity and helping drive the success of every project.Location: Wilmington NC 28401Pay range: $65000 - $75000Requirements At least one year of former field experience (Lake/Pond Maintenance Construction or Landscaping).Excellent managerial capabilities and current experience in a leadership role. Highly organized with great attention to detail.Great communication skills and ability to interact with multiple audiences including the Operations Team Client Service Managers clients subcontractors vendors and other stakeholders.Adapt and/or improvise quickly as demanded by conditions or unknown factors.Capability to work under pressure.Good teamwork.Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis.
