We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Landscape Laborer to help maintain the beauty, safety, and overall appearance of our Wesley Enhanced Living Communities. This role plays an important part in creating a peaceful, attractive outdoor environment for our residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is respectful, patient, and enjoys working in an environment that serves older adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, and common outdoor areas across the community
• Mow, edge, trim, and fertilize turf areas
• Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance campus aesthetics
• Perform seasonal clean-up including leaf removal, mulching, and snow/ice removal
• Ensure walkways, entrances, and outdoor spaces are safe, clean, and hazard-free for residents
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and responsibly
• Assist with irrigation systems and basic grounds maintenance tasks
• Interact courteously with residents and respond to questions or concerns professionally

Qualifications:

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of horticulture or plant care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
