May have input into the performance evaluation of the employee for whom they serve as Lead.May assign job tasks and duties to assigned employees within the job category.May make alterations to the daily work schedule of assigned employees to meet the needs of the department.May have input to the supervisor on work schedules for the week two weeks or a period of a complete schedule.Must work effectively and collaboratively with fellow employees to ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction to customers.May provide input into development plans discipline and other administrative matters but does not have authority to carry out any such actions.
