Job Summary: The Project Manager 3 role requires an experienced individual to lead Agile software development teams particularly within the context of complex financial or debt management software solutions. The ideal candidate will guide teams in Agile best practices remove impediments and foster collaboration across various functional areas. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence in Lansing MI two days a week. Location:Lansing Michigan United StatesnWashington District of Columbia United States Responsibilities: - Serve as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. - Support complex enterprise-level financial or debt management software solutions. - Guide teams in implementing Agile best practices continuous improvement and delivery forecasting. - Remove impediments negotiate dependencies and collaborate across cross-functional teams (engineering QA product architecture compliance and operations). - Lead multiple Agile teams or a large scaled program context working between Agile and Non-Agile teams. Required Skills & Certifications: - 7 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. - Proven experience supporting complex enterprise-level financial or debt management software solutions. - Demonstrated ability to guide teams in implementing Agile best practices continuous improvement and delivery forecasting. - Strong ability to remove impediments negotiate dependencies and collaborate across cross-functional teams. - Ability to lead multiple Agile teams or a large scaled program context. - Bachelors Degree Preferred Skills & Certifications: - Not specified.
