Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Jack Kirrane Ice Rink in Brookline is now hiring for seasonal Rink Managers. The ice rink is expected to open in December through February, weather dependent. Assigned shift and vacation week availability is a must. The Ice Rink Managers will assist with the management and operation of the Jack Kirrane Ice Skating Rink. Ensure all staff and skaters are following protocols. Help assemble the staff schedule for each week and effectively communicate schedule to staff. Supervise part-time staff and volunteers. Call rental groups 1 week prior to their reservation to confirm the details of their rental and provide solid customer service. Coordinate with Parks Department during times of inclement weather to ensure optimum use of the skating rink while providing up-to-date and accurate closure details to the public when necessary. Ensure that the facility is clean and well prepared for all rentals and public skating hours.
