Job Title: Laser Etching Operator Department: Etching Reports to: Operations Manager Position Summary ATP is seeking a Laser Etching Operator to label metal parts using laser etching equipment. This role includes equipment maintenance and training support for other personnel. Role Qualifications Mechanically inclinedHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable in both office and manufacturing environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams and external customers Primary Responsibilities Ensure accurate part counts and proper material alignment on the etching platformConfigure laser settings adjust font dimensions and convert blueprint data into machine-readable formats (PDF/JPG)Collaborate with team members and supervisors to manage production and rush ordersMaintain laser etching equipment and other related toolsKeep work area organized and meet production and quality standardsPerform other duties as assigned Essential Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent12 years of relevant experienceBlueprint reading preferredPhotoshop or similar software experience preferredGraphic design experience is a plusQuality control experience preferred Physical Demands / Work Environment Must be able to stand walk and sit for extended periodsUse of hands for handling tools and materialsOccasional lifting/moving of up to 25 lbsRequires close distance and peripheral vision depth perception and focus adjustmentMust be able to communicate clearly and maintain concentration throughout the workdayNoise level is typically moderateMust have PPE Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 23 - 23
