TITLE: Noon AideJOB DESCRIPTION:Provide safety and assistance to children in lunchrooms and school grounds.QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Education equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED preferred 2. Must be at least 18 years of age 3. Experience working with and/or supervising children 4. State of Arizona Identity Verified (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card 5. Counsel and/or intervene with students to ensure acceptable behavior Report observations and/or incidents relating to students to appropriate school personnel Respond to emergency situations to address safety concerns Escorting students to and from classrooms. Assisting students in lunchroom and/or school grounds. Perform routine cleaning tasks (clean up spills floor etc.) Perform other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS: Knowledge of District policies and regulations Skill in interacting with students staff and parents Ability to use equipment such as walkie talkie brooms mops or related items.
