As a top performing Analyst you will have the opportunity to continue onto the next phase at the firm as an Associate at the end of the program. Promotional opportunities within J.P. Morgan are based on our business needs and the Analysts performance. The two-year Analyst Program provides exposure to our multiple business areas within the Private Bank including but not limited to credit and lending multi-asset class investments wealth advisory and estate planning. Job ResponsibilitiesHelp devise customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clientsPrepare pitch books and meeting materialsCollaborate with integrated team members to analyze balance sheets and understand a clients investment objectives to produce customized recommendations that consider appropriate risk/return objectivesBecome an expert in a range of proprietary models to provide recommendations on tailored solutionsConduct research and analysis; assist with product development and prospecting effortsResearch client inquiries and manage follow up communication and materialsRequired Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsSpanish fluency oral and written requiredBachelors degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2No more than two years of work experience following completion of undergraduate programDemonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship managementPreferred Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsSuperior multi-tasking and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and poise giving presentationsGenuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trendsAbility to leverage both quantitative and qualitative resources to understand complex financial situations and present solutionsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Project / Program Management,Program Management,Data Collection,Military Experience,Microsoft Powerpoint,Earned Value Management,Sharepoint,Microsoft Project,Budgeting,DoD Experience,Financial Management,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
