Hi Candidate Firstname We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team! In this role you will help ensure all linens uniforms and clothing are cleaned maintained and returned in excellent condition. Location: Lititz PA 17543 Schedule: Contract to Hire Key Responsibilities: Operate washing drying and ironing equipment safely and efficiently. Wash dry fold and sort clothes linens and other textiles according to established procedures. Inspect items for stains damage or needed repairs and perform basic mending when required. Use appropriate detergents cleaning agents and water temperatures for different fabric types. Ensure laundry is processed in a timely manner to meet operational demands. Organize and maintain laundry inventory including linens towels and uniforms. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and equipment. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 50 lbs. Skills: Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemical handling. Basic sewing or mending skills. Time management and multitasking abilities.
