Lawn Care Specialist at Pro Built Construction

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The lawn care specialist is a key person in establishing the first impression with our customers by maintaining the external grounds and properties. Working under the Supervisor to perform all duties required to maintain lawns, landscaped areas, trees, scrubs, and parking lots. Includes but not limited to various landscaping tasks, planting, mowing, weed eating, trimming, and sprinkler maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Safety on the job site.

- Be a dependable team member with willingness to learn new tasks.

- Perform routine lawn care maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing

- Collects and discards litter and other waste materials

- Perform maintenance and repair on sprinkler irrigation systems including winterizing procedures.

- Mix and apply chemicals as needed.

- Install and maintain specialty features such as rock gardens and retaining walls.

- Ability to operate landscape equipment; push mower, weed eater, zero turn mower, ride on mower, edger, de-thatcher, and aerator.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.

- Must have a valid driver's license.
