A company is looking for a Workday Analyst responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Workday system.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support the Workday system, including core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and AbsenceConfigure and implement system changes to achieve optimized functionality and streamlined processesProvide day-to-day system support, including troubleshooting issues and enhancing system performanceRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field preferred5+ years' progressive Workday experience in a corporate environment required5+ years' experience developing Workday custom reports and complex calculated fields requiredStrong experience with Workday administrative functions, including tenant configuration and data loads requiredExperience with at least one full implementation of Workday preferred
