Job DescriptionIf youre a legal professional who wants to do more than just review contracts if you want to shape how a global AdTech company grows responsibly across markets MGID is where your expertise truly matters.As part of our Legal team youll help accelerate and protect MGIDs business across one of the most complex and fast-moving markets the United States. Your judgment and creativity will ensure that every deal partnership and product launch moves fast stays compliant and builds lasting trust.RequirementsWhat you will doDraft and negotiate MSAs IOs DPAs/SCCs BAAs and data-sharing agreements with advertisers publishers and tech partners.Develop negotiation playbooks clause libraries and approval matrices to speed up deal cycles and reduce redline churn.Advise Product Marketing and Compliance teams on advertising formats FTC guidelines and privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA COPPA CAN-SPAM TCPA).Support pre-litigation dispute resolution and manage cooperation with external counsel when needed.Train commercial teams on compliant advertising practices data handling and risk awareness.Partner closely with Sales Publisher Development and Ad Ops to enable clean fast and consistent contracting across markets.Who you areYou hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Law and have at least one year of experience in commercial or tech law.You think like a deal-maker drafting clearly framing risk pragmatically and staying composed under deadlines.You communicate fluently in English collaborate easily across time zones and enjoy working in a cross-functional environment where business goals and compliance go hand in hand.Your curiosity and business acumen help you connect legal precision with real-world impact.Nice to have:Experience in AdTech MarTech or media law.Familiarity with FTC rules data privacy frameworks and global compliance standards.What we offerYoull join a global AdTech company that combines startup agility with international reach.We offer direct collaboration with leadership and commercial teams a structured onboarding process and continuous mentorship from experienced legal peers.Youll grow in a cross-border environment expanding your expertise across U.S. and LATAM jurisdictions privacy and data law and global contracting practices.We believe in openness trust and shared accountability and in giving every team member the space to influence how MGID grows responsibly across markets.
