This full-time position will focus on creating structured engaging and individualized instruction in a self-contained classroom setting.As the Special Educator you will develop implement and oversee Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that are thoughtfully aligned to each students unique needs. Youll deliver differentiated instruction through small-group and one-on-one support in resource settings while collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and inform instructional decisions. Collaboration is central to the position as youll work closely with students families general education teachers and school staff to foster engagement and success including supporting co-taught math and ELA instruction. You will also create a structured and encouraging learning environment that promotes both academic achievement and emotional growth.RequirementsQualified candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills along with experience supporting young learners with diverse needs.
