YOU are a driving force of our culture and youll notice the difference right away.Qualifications1) Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred2) Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred3) 2 years of previous experience preferred4) Valid DHHS Criminal Background Check5) Valid TB Test6) Valid Medical Report7) Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles8) Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members9) Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures10) Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills11) Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams12) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding ability to listen and follow-up on issues constructively13) Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations14) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a cribDuties:- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.- Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education.- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.- Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of the children.We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
