Lead All-Source Analyst at STR

STR is seeking a Lead All-source Analyst andModeling Engineerwho has a passion for research and development of models of cyber physical systems. Work must be performed onsite.What you will do:Develop tools to help sift through large datasets to identify information relevant for modeling efforts.Create system models from circuit diagrams schematics source code signal processing algorithms etc.Work in multi-disciplinary teams to tackle challenging problems from a wide variety of technologies to develop innovative cybersecurity solutionsDocument demonstrate and present researchSolve real world problems that have an impact on national securityWho you are:This position requires an Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance for which U.S. citizenship is needed by the U.S. GovernmentActive CI poly or willingness to obtain oneBS MS or PhD in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experienceProficiency with modeling tools: SPICE MATLABProficiency in one or more programming languages: C/C Python etc.General understanding of electrical engineering: Circuit and flow diagrams signal processing chains network traffic dataWilling to travel frequently from an STR office to the customer location in MD or spend the majority of time at customer locationNice to have:Advanced foreign language skillsExperience with digital twin developmentExpertise in modeling signal processing algorithms filter design etc.Embedded systems or firmware analysis experienceKnowledge of reverse engineering techniquesAnalyzing protocols or message structuresKnowledge of binary file structures and formatsDeveloping automated reverse engineering or software analysis toolsDeveloping disassembler/decompiler modulesDebugging software without source codeAnalyzing and reconstructing code/data flowPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $157000 - $224000The salary range listed is based on external market data.
