They will coordinate design work and the creation and execution of design solutions.Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion Collaborates with Design Manager to assist with developing strategy for visual messaging and concepts Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.EducationBachelor’s degree required, preferably in a design-related degreeExperienceFive to seven (5-7) years of experience preferredRequired SkillsExcellent skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)Ability to work in a MAC environment preferredSuperior communication skillsExcellent knowledge of technology for use in e-commerce and e-business applicationsAbility to work independentlyThe ability to work under time constraints and meet quick deadlinesExcellent organizational abilitiesUnderstanding of and commitment to the spiritual mission of the UniversityIWU Kingdom Diversity StatementIWU, in covenant with God's reconciling work and in accordance with the Biblical principles of our historic Wesleyan tradition, commits to build a community that reflects Kingdom diversity.
