Make An Impact Where Insights Shape Strategy

In this high-visibility role, you will guide financial decision-making for a major manufacturing site while modernizing how the organization consumes data. You'll partner directly with senior leaders, influence strategy across multiple functions, and elevate financial intelligence through scalable digital tools.

What You Will Do

Own the full financial lifecycle for $100M+ in indirect spend, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend performance tracking.

Lead the month-end close process by preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Develop advanced financial models to support capital investments, long-term planning, and new site initiatives.

Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing spend trends and operational drivers across the plant.

Partner with cross-functional leaders (e.g., Indirect Sourcing, Facilities, R&D, Quality, Headquarters) to drive cost-out initiatives and guide financial decisions.

Facilitate monthly business reviews by delivering clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with IT and shared services teams to automate workflows and improve system integration.

Design and deploy Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into financial performance and support data-driven decision making.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)

Minimum four years of relevant industry experience

Experience with Power BI or comparable analytical/reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of manufacturing operations

Cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience

Experience with JDE or Hyperion systems

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being onsite 34 days per week to stay closely connected with our teams and operations.
