Learn more at SummaryThe Lead Analyst Monarch Offer Development designs builds and governs commercial offers for the Monarch platform. This role owns product configuration deal design compliance guardrails and financial modeling for assigned product lines and customers for Monarch. As the subject-matter expert the Lead Analyst partners closely with Offer Development Managers/Directors KAM Sales Legal/Compliance Service and Finance across both Monarch and US Surgery teams. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year.
