Lead Application Analyst at Western Reserve Careers

The Lead Application Analyst is responsible for participating in the efficient installation and support of Western Reserves information technology applications including: software upgrades day to day operational support (24/7) testing and installation of clinical and business Information technology systems. The Lead Application Analyst will work closely with end users in all designated departments to understand current business operations workflow change implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the business operations. Collaborative effective interaction with vendors Department Directors Physicians and Executives is essential.Education and TrainingBachelors degree in Business Computer Science or closely related field required. Additional experience may substitute for education requirement.
