*****THIS POSITION IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR VISA SPONSORSHIP*****What You'll Do:As a Lead Associate Principal on OCC's Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, you will apply your organization, problem-solving, influence and communication skills to help enable change management execution across the organization. You will be responsible for capturing best practices and implementing change management activities while ensuring project timelines are met. You will partner with senior OCM leadership to create a framework to define and track OCM benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.Apply structured methodology and lead change management activitiesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressComplete change management assessments and identify resistance pointsPartner with Project/Program managers to document current state, future state and gap analysis to determine impacts to peopleCustomize and implement OCM deliverables: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management planSupport the establishment of OCM governance structures and processes to ensure consistency across initiativesCoach managers and supervisors on how to leverage OCM tools and resourcesOversee integration of change management activities into project plansSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneQualifications:The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education. In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package as noted on www.theocc.com/careers All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.Salary Range$130,000.00 - $167,400.00Incentive Range8% to 15%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range).
