This is a key leadership role for someone who is hands-on experienced and committed to accuracy confidentiality and operational excellence.About the RoleThe Lead Bookkeeper will manage and execute all day-to-day financial functions including:Accounts Payable & Vendor Management entering bills scheduling payments and maintaining accurate vendor records.CFO-Level Duties forecasting budgeting cash-flow management financial strategy and executive reporting.Bank & Account Reconciliations timely and accurate reconciliation across all accounts each month.QuickBooks Online Administration full command of QBO including reporting custom rules classes and job-costing.Financial Policy & Internal Controls creating and maintaining processes that ensure accuracy compliance and transparency.Oversight of accounts receivable personnel This is a supervisory-only role.
