Lead Care Associate Memory Care (MC)Nights at Senior Lifestyle

Provide assistance as needed with medication (per state regulations) bathing grooming dressing escort service and other activities of daily living.Upon direction of the Director of Memory Care coordinate and conduct training of new staff members.Meet on a regular basis with the Director of Memory Care to review resident care issues.Serve as the staff and family resource when the director is unavailable or away from the building.Provide emotional and social support to residents.Document daily log of assistance.Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.Respect residents confidentiality.Qualifications : Level of Formal Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Years of Experience: 1 years of experience preferred Type of Experience: Senior care or related field Special Certifications: May require a CNA or CHHA licensure or other state required trainingLanguage Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak read write and communicate with supervisors coworkers residents and applicable third parties.Technical Competencies: Basic computer skillsSkills and Ability:     Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely.Personal Attributes: Dedicated compassionate encouragingAdditional Information : Senior Lifestyle offers a comprehensive benefits plan to eligible team members including health dental vision retirement benefits short-term disability long-term disability and paid time off. All Senior Lifestyle positions are eligible to use DailyPay an application that allows you to access your earned but unpaid wages before your next payday.
