Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, as well as the ability to lead a team of carpenters in completing projects on time and within budget. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, as well as providing guidance and support to the carpentry team. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a safe work environment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, metal, and composite/PVC.Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood or other materials.Install windows, doors, and hardware.Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededRequirements:Drivers LicenseCar
