If youre hands-on, calm under pressure, and ready to lead from the front, we want to talk to you.What You'll DoWork on residential or commercial reconstruction projects throughout Hampton Roads to bring the property back to pre-loss conditionComplete carpentry tasks in accordance with a comprehensive scope of work, including but not limited to:Demolition and framing; hang and case doors and windows; install cabinetsInstall LVP flooring, ceramic tile, trim, baseboard and crown moldingDetach and reset cabinets and appliances to include washers, dryers, microwaves, dishwashers and rangesLight plumbing and electrical workPaint and patch drywallInstall hardware and perform punch list work as necessary to complete a projectConduct detailed material take offs and purchase lumber, hardware, lighting, etc.Uphold company standards and ensure high-quality restoration workUse a mobile app to document work with photos and notes on every jobCommunicate clearly with customers and team members throughout the projectAdhere to safety protocols and regulations when using power tools and throughout restoration activitiesWhat You Should ExpectFast-paced work, often in emergency situationsDeep job satisfaction when a customer says: Thank you for saving my home.Working on a variety of projects every week no day is the sameBeing on-call in rotation storms and leaks dont clock out at 5 PMBeing part of a crew that has your back, no matter how tough the jobWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail, communication skills and commitment to doing the job rightAbility to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periodsValid drivers license with clean driving recordComfortable using mobile apps to record information
