The Lead - Research & Insights will design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions serving as the go-to expert for data visualization best practices to directly influence long-term organisational strategy and advance our vision of safer better healthcare.Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI Lightdash and Redash to transform complex data into clear actionable insights.Partner with business stakeholders in order to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective visualization solutions.Build and optimize data models using strong SQL proficiency to support robust and scalable reporting functionality.Transform analytical and research findings into compelling executive narratives in order to engage and inform diverse stakeholder groups.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure consistency and high impact in all reporting solutions.What Kind of Things Were Most Interested in You Having5 years of experience in data analytics BI development or visualization-focused roles.Proven success in leading dashboarding/visualization projects from design to delivery.In-depth knowledge on how to build production dashboards using Power BI Lightdash Omni Analytics Hex Software or Redash.Ability to commute to Richmond United Kingdom.Sincere interest in data storytellingturning raw data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional environment with business stakeholders data engineers and analysts.By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness we empower our team to do and be their best.
