The campaigns consist of Fire equipment controls planned service agreements and inbound lead requests. You will be qualifying these leads and securing meetings for your frontline sales counterpart. To be successful you will develop a follow up process build relationships with your sales reps and grow maintain a pipeline.How you will do it: You will be responsible for booking qualified meetings for your frontline sales counterpart. Interacting with your customers daily you will identifyand offer appropriate solutionsor hand-off any booked meetings to the appropriate rep. You will be responsible for following up with your frontline sales counterpart after the meeting takes place and throughout the sales cycle. From there you will build and maintain your pipeline. This is a Hybrid position. Ideal for someone living in the Milwaukee WI Metro areaWhat we look for:Required 0-2 years of post-secondary education (college) telemarketing or work experience with customer interaction . Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint) internet software and e-mail Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively A high level of integrity and resilient temperamentPreferred Track record of over-achieving goals. Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls (45-60 on average) per day Experience working with a CRM database Ability to rapidly build knowledge of Johnson Controls product linesHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $18.26- 24.51 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project quarterly and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
