Lead Electrical Design and Analysis EngineerCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Precision Engagement Systems Team is currently looking for a Lead Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer to join the team based in St. Charles MO.This candidate will be a part of a high-performing engineering team that is immersed in development and high non-recurring projects. The candidate will be accountable to oversee all design and analysis aspects of Common SIL Test Equipment for Precision Engagement System Products. This candidate will need to work closely with executive functional and program leadership program and product chief engineers and the product team members to develop the overall technology roadmap for Common SIL Test Equipment for Precision Engagement System Products provide oversight and guidance to resolve all complex technical issues and mentor engineers. The candidate must exemplify the Boeing Behaviors in day-to-day operations.Position Responsibilities:Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirementsDesigns hardware software and interface specificationsTests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirementsAssists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirementsSolves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycleResearches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needsExperience as a Lead Technical EngineerRequires 25% travel International and USRequires Valid Passport for International TravelThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
