Position Title: Lead Electrical Engineer Description Position DescriptionWere looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to establish and grow our electrical engineering practice in Austin. Youll work across a wide range of markets and building types, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams who value innovation and technical excellence.If youre a senior engineer who thrives on leadership, technical depth, and creating something new, this role offers the autonomy and visibility to make a long-term impact.Position Salary Range The expected salary range for this position is $145,000 to $168,000 annually.Lead Electrical Engineer - Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering15+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in the building design industryLicensed Professional EngineerStrong proficiency with Autodesk MEP Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Outlook, and Microsoft OfficeDeep technical understanding of electrical systems, including advantages, limitations, cost implications, and energy efficiencyDid you know that some people hold back on applying to jobs if they dont meet 100% of the listed requirements?
