Lead EVMS AnalystDoD Active Secret or higherOnsite Colorado Springs Hybrid15 Plus years experience with a portion of this acting as a Lead EVMS Analyst Provide day-to-day leadership guidance and mentorship to the analysts and other team members on best practices and EV principles Develop and deliver training to project personnel on program requirements tools processes and best practices Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the adoption and testing of new analysis or automation tools.Experience on Large scale DOD programs Ensure cost and schedule performance measurement baselines including management reserves and undistributed budgets are developed and maintainedHave experience building managing and motivating a team to deliver high-quality products that are reliable for near-realtime decision making Have experience providing direct support to Account Managers Project Managers and contract leadership performing indepthfinancial analysis Have experience leading the preparation and execution of monthly integrated program management reports Have experience supporting monthly status and forecasting efforts supporting monthly earned value variance analysis development (to include identification of root cause(s) and variance impacts) and developing and maintaining corrective action efforts Conduct regular project performance analysis calculating and interpreting key performance metrics like CostPerformance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) Perform and review estimates at completion (EACs) and estimates to complete (ETCs) predicting final project costs and completion dates Ensure on-time delivery of comprehensive monthly reports and dashboards for internal management senior leadership and external customers highlighting performance variance drivers and risks Analyze/resolve cost accounting charging and funding discrepancies.#CJRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Administrative Skills,Facilities Management,Biotechnology,Creative Production,Design And Estimation,Architecture Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
