Lead EVMS Program Schedule at Associates Systems

Lead EVMS SchedulerColorado Springs Co Onsite / HybridActive Secret or higherThe Lead Program Scheduler will be responsible for the following: 15 PLUS years experience with EVMS with several of this experience as a Lead. Provide day-to-day leadership guidance and mentorship to the schedulers and other team members on best practices and EV principles Develop and deliver training to project personnel on program requirements and scheduling best practices Ensure schedules comply with program guidelines assist with implementation and provide accurate scheduledeliverables to customers Ensure schedulers develop and maintain schedule artifacts and other documentation supporting contract deliverables.Have experience building managing and motivating a team to deliver high-quality products that are reliable for near-real time decision making Have experience providing direct support to Account Managers Project Managers and contract leadership performing in depth financial analysis Have experience managing a complex discrete resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule consisting of Level of Effort (LOE) and multiple independent project schedules Have experience leading month-end updates (establishing new baselines capturing approved baseline changes status and forecast updates) to support the monthly IPMR cycle Experience with larger DOD contracts.
