Job DescriptionJob Description    Trails Ministries is a faith-based non-profit agency assisting those impacted directly or indirectly by the trauma of incarceration.  Our holistic approach incorporates best practices and evidence-based programming and continues through the redeeming processes of personal restoration and rehabilitation. Job titleDOVE Lead FacilitatorReports to Program Director Dress Code:  Casual Job Purpose: Facilitates the overall implementation of expanded learning activities at the site. Supports expanded learning programs in order to ensure high quality successful programs. Serves as a mentor and coach for DOVE Programs. Advises staff and offers recommendations concerning site coordination. *Duties and responsibilities Manages facilitator job duties and assist in completing facilitator tasksProvide behavioral support to facilitators during programmingProvide curriculum support and troubleshootingUpdate and maintain participant’s ISP’sMonitor and ensure IEP needs are being met and goals are being accomplishedRegularly initiate and facilitate trainings in both academics and trauma informed care.Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications ·         Associate’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Mental Health, Criminal Justice or other related fields preferred or·          In lieu of Degree, three (3) years of supervisory experience in Human Service field·         Ability to be flexible·         Ability to apply behavioral principles·         Must have Stress Management Skills·         Competency in Microsoft Office products.·         Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance·         Mandated Clearances (PA Criminal, Child Abuse, & FBI Fingerprinting) Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.   The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.   Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Company DescriptionTrails Ministries is a faith-based non-profit agency assisting those impacted directly or indirectly by the trauma of incarceration.
