Job Description

Responsibilities Ensure projects are completed on time following standard procedures safety protocols and avoiding service interruptions. Accurately report job schedules project times and expenses. Coordinate job scheduling with material availability. Develop project synopses job-specific operation summaries and cost reduction actions. Enhance the technical capabilities of internal resources and enforce PCSS policies including EEO Safety EPA and HR procedures. Supervise staff on assigned service/installation projects within the region. Stay current with DC power/telecommunications technology through ongoing technical training. Implement continuous improvement techniques to achieve industry-leading installation processes and expand the customer base. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DC power installation/services. Broad installation/service experience including field engineering material coordination site layout troubleshooting revenue enhancement customer relations and safety management. Meet customer-specific criteria for assigned projects. Meet Level 3 installer requirements as defined in Telcordia GR 1275. Field service experience with mechanical structured cabling or electrical skills.
