About the Opportunity

Legacy Fire & Technologies LLC is hiring a Lead Fire Alarm / Low Voltage Technician to run commercial projects across Southwest Florida.

We're looking for leaders, not just installers-someone who can take ownership of jobs, lead crews, and deliver clean, code-compliant work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead installation of fire alarm systems (NFPA 72 compliant) from rough-in to final
  • Oversee and direct field technicians and helpers
  • Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and submittals
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot fire alarm, access control, and low voltage systems
  • Coordinate with GCs, electricians, inspectors, and project managers
  • Ensure all work meets National Fire Protection Association standards and passes inspection the first time
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years experience in fire alarm / low voltage systems
  • Strong knowledge of National Fire Protection Association codes
  • Proven ability to run jobs and lead crews
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work
