We are seeking an experienced Lead Forklift Operator with strong leadership and warehouse experience. This position involves overseeing forklift operators managing workflow and assisting with daily warehouse operations.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of lead experience supervising warehouse forklift operatorsMinimum 2 years of consistent forklift operation experience (preferably picking and handling vs. loading/unloading). English/Spanish required.Must be physically able to work in a warehouse environmentResponsibilities Monitor dock and storage areas as directed by Supervisor/Manager Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure productivity standards are met Manage order flow and assist with inventory oversight Step in where needed loading unloading labeling forklift operation etc. Coordinate special warehouse projects Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or needsForklift Operator Duties Load/unload goods from trucks. Attend forklift assessment class.
