Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas.The Role: Technician - HVAC LeadShift: Primarily 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMResponsibilities:The HVAC Technician is responsible for any and all work associated with the installation and maintenance of the heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment located at the Dover facility or any of its related properties. The job functions that are expected to be performed as a routine part of the technician's job are: Maintain and inspect all heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment including:Filter ChangingOiling and GreasingBlower Wheels - Inspect and clean as requiredRefrigerant ChargeInspect and test controls and safetiesQuarterly audit/calibration of all room temperature sensorsInspect unit wiring and disconnectsInspect and check all relays and connectionsClean and inspect motorsCheck for refrigerant leaks, head pressure and back pressureClean and assure flow on all condensate collection devices (pumps, pans, etc.)Belt adjustment or replacementCleaning of cooling towers, coils, evaporators, and condenser tubes (not under outside contract)Water TreatmentGeneral Housekeeping of all equipment and equipment roomsIndoor Air Quality related workWork in a safe and efficient manner; follow all safety protocols, including the STOP programMaintain daily logs for the boiler and chiller plantsTechnician must become knowledgeable in the use of any associated software required for the operation and maintenance of the environmental control equipment.Technician will be responsible to attend any and all training sessions pertaining to facility operations and maintenance.Directs tasks for Maintenance Mechanic I & II.
