Welcome to Skin N' Tox Aesthetics! A little bit about me! I am an RN with over 18 years of experience. For over more than 1/2 of my nursing career, I have been involved in medical aesthetics. I have been injecting for over 13 years now. During my career as an injector, I have been perfecting my craft in the art of cosmetic injectables with ongoing annual trainings with the best in the industry. This is to ensure I consistently provide safe and beautiful results. I am also very passionate about helping people reach their "skin dreams" by coming up with custom treatment plans using medical-grade skincare combined with in-office treatments.

I opened Skin N' Tox Aesthetics in January 2020, in an effort to bring something new and beautiful to the Treasure Valley. I wanted to provide a beautiful atmosphere with highly trained and educated team members. I pride myself on continuing education and believe it is best to share the wisdom and pearls we have gained along our journeys. In an effort to do this, I developed and teach a Beginner Cosmetic Injection Course for MD's, NP's and RN's as well as provide custom, private trainings.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk (Guest Services) Associate to join our team at the premier MedSpa in the Treasure Valley. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In addition to front desk duties, the individual will also help with social media.

We are looking for a part-time position for the following shifts:
  • Monday 8:30 am - 5 pm
  • Thursday 2 pm - 7 pm
  • Every other Saturday

Responsibilities:

As training is provided, previous administrative experience is not required, but it is a huge plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Check-ins/outs, schedule follow-up appointments, handle all payment transactions.
  • Engage as a resource to provide recommendations for all MedSpa treatments and products we offer
  • Mitigate minor client complaints/issues with compassion and professionalism; prompt and accurate relay to management for major client complaints/issues.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments via phone and email, and manage patient flow.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
  • Assist with administrative tasks including Opening/Closing
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner via Zenoti and our CRM, Aesthetix CRM

Qualifications:
  • Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Promptness, punctuality and reliability
  • Self-reliance/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, balanced with working in a team-driven atmosphere
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with an emphasis on keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate courteously and professionally with clients, coworkers and management
  • An interest in the beauty industry, especially beauty-service industry
  • Cooperative team member

++Knowledge in Zenoti and/or Aesthetix CRM is a big plus

++Prior experience in customer service is a plus

Experience:
  • 2-3 years (preferred) in a customer-facing role
