Here’s what your day might look like:Be the Guest Guru: Greet guests with a smile, offer samples, and guide their flavor adventure.Lead with Confidence: Assign tasks, provide feedback, and keep the team motivated during shifts.Prepare and Serve Perfection: Create delicious Soft Serve, Shakes, and Smoothies with care and expertise.Master the Menu: Know every item we offer inside and out.Keep it Clean and Organized: Ensure the shop is spotless, from the topping bar to the bathroom.Crunch the Numbers: Manage the cash till and verify accurate order ringing.Safeguard Standards: Follow health and safety guidelines to the letter.Set Up Success: Prep the product and set the next team up for a seamless shift.Most of your shifts will be in the evenings (our busiest time), lasting 7 to 9 hours.
