YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.


As the Lead Housekeeper, you are responsible for maintaining hotel’s suites, lobbies, rest rooms and all public areas. Ensure hotel is ready at all times to receive guests and prospective clients. The Housekeeping staff will report to the Lead Housekeeper when the Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager, Guest Services Manager, Director of Rooms or General Manager are not on property.



WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Makes decisions with Leadership guidance.
  • Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
  • Lead staff in assignments for the day’s schedule.
  • Communicate/Follow-up with Supervisor, Manager, Guest Services Manager, Director and /or General Manager any issues or concerns.
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
  • Reviews daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
  • Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
  • Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
  • Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
  • Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible.
  • Maintain proper uniform; clean and free of excessive wrinkles, name tag is considered part of the uniform
  • May perform similar duties as requested by Lead Housekeeper
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED


Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

  • One year or more housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.


YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING


Education

  • Associate’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.

Experience and/or Training

  • Supervisory experience preferred.


MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
