Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood learning standardsCreate a welcoming classroom where children feel secure, respected, and encouraged to explorePromote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured and unstructured activitiesMaintain discipline and establish routines that encourage positive behavior and cooperationObserve, assess, and document children’s growth, behaviors, and learning progress using appropriate tools and methodsBuild strong partnerships with families through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and progress reportsFollow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols, including maintaining a clean and organized classroomWork with fellow teachers, aides, and school administrators to support school goals and share best practicesModify activities to accommodate children with diverse learning needs and developmental levelsParticipate in ongoing training, workshops, and staff meetings to stay current with early childhood education trends.
