Lead Installation Coordinator at Current H/B Openings

What Youll DoESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following and other duties may be assigned:Project Oversight & CoordinationLeads coordination for complex or large-scale projectsServes as the primary point of contact for escalations during installationEnsures jobsite readiness and manages pre-installation planningOversees the execution of multiple concurrent installationsCommunication & DocumentationInterfaces with Project Management to report on project status issues and client satisfactionAttends and contributes to internal project planning meetingsCommunicates scope of work and schedule to subcontractors and lead installersEnsures all documentation (plans work orders drawings) is accurate and completeLeadership & MentorshipProvides mentorship and guidance to Installation CoordinatorsPromotes best practices in jobsite safety communication and schedule adherenceAssists in training new Installation CoordinatorsProcess ImprovementIdentifies workflow inefficiencies and collaborates with management to implement improvementsTracks and analyzes installation issues to maintain a proper work scheduleREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 years of experience as an Installation Coordinator or similar roleStrong working knowledge of flooring installation processes and site readinessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel WordStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesPHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Considerable use of arms legs and moving the whole body such as climbing lifting balancing and walking is required. The employee frequently is required to stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment is a combination of office and field time with some outdoor exposure during the workday. The employee will be required to drive daily and must maintain a clean driving record. While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to frequently lift and move material and may be exposed to various temperatures during the day. The noise level in this work environment may range from moderate to loud.
