Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What Will You Do:Provide systems engineering and integration test support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule, and implement testing from project initiation through system transitionAnalyze and investigate technical issues to determine appropriate resolutionsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and develop prototype systemsSupport definition of team objectives and contribute to solutions for complex technical tasks, including system design decisionsDevelop test plans and procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performancePrepare verification and acceptance documentation for components, subsystems, and systemsDesign test configurations for laboratory and field evaluation of the Unit Under TestSupport development of Special Test Equipment for subsystem and system integrationPlan and execute Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities.Lead multidisciplinary integration and test teams during IV&V effortsConduct in‑house and off‑site testing to support system demonstrations and system selloffBrief senior program management and engineering leadership.Test EW hardware and software buildsQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of EW/Radar systems design, test and integration experienceExperience in millimeter, microwave RF Design, Digital Signal Processing, Radar Warning Receiver design and developmentExperience creating test documentation, including plans, procedures, and reportsExperience leading EW/Radar system integration, verification, and validation in laboratory and field environmentsExperience developing requirements for EW/Radar test equipment and using laboratory instruments such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power metersActive and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
