The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates leadership skills, and has a passion for cooking. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.Lead, train, and mentor line cooks and kitchen staff.Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices.Collaborate with the Head Chef/Executive Chef to maintain kitchen efficiency.Monitor food quality and consistency.Qualifications:Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, including supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Passion for culinary excellence and creativity.Cafe Tu Tu Tango is part of Alexandria Restaurant Partners.
