As the Lead Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.DutiesPrepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to all food handling guidelines.Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.Utilize knife skills for meal preparation and presentation of dishes.Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.ExperiencePrevious experience in a fine dining restaurant, is required.Minimum 3 years of line cook experience within a full-service restaurant.Experience in menu planning and catering services is advantageousStrong food preparation skills with an emphasis on quality and presentationKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchenAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasksPay:Negotiated off experience.Join us as we create memorable dining experiences through exceptional culinary offerings.
