Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur lead line cooks/expeditors bring our guests comfort and joy by being guardians of our commitment to uncompromising quality and craftsmanship for all our savory dishes. They validate that all plates, allergies, and modifications meet company operating standards, and ensure the flow of service stays consistent with those standards.
