Lead Low Voltage Data Technician at INTEGRATED STAFFING

We are seeking an experienced Lead Low Voltage Data Technician to join our team in Easton, PA. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading technicians on job sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise low voltage installation crews.
• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems.
• Perform rack and stack installations, including data racks, cabinets, patch panels, and cable management systems.
• Install and support wireless access points, CCTV cameras, and related low voltage devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and project documentation.
• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cabling.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and project requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading technicians on job sites.
• Strong experience with structured cabling, data terminations, and cable testing.
• Experience with rack and stack installations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with fiber optic cabling.
• Experience with access points, CCTV, and other low voltage systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
