Job Details TX Fort Worth - Fort Worth TXDescription ReturnPro is looking for a team oriented driven and energetic Maintenance & Custodial Team Lead. The Maintenance & Custodial department oversees facility repairs and cleanliness.Maintenance ensures the facility equipment and machinery run efficiently by conducting regular preventative maintenance (repairing as needed). In addition Maintenance performs heavy duty cleaning such as cleaning the floors throughout the facility washing walls and glass and removing rubbish.Custodial ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of facility restrooms offices and addition Custodial provides prompt spill cleanup to reduce slips and falls.The Maintenance & Custodial Lead will be responsible for overseeing and assisting the positions within the department with their everyday tasks including maintenance associates and custodial associates.Primary Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the teammate occupying this position.Train maintenance associates on repair and preventative maintenance routinesTrain custodial associates on housekeeping routinesCommunicate Maintenance & Custodial goals to associatesEnsure associates follow safety protocols and adhere to standard operating proceduresAssist the Maintenance & Custodial Supervisor with day-to-day needsReplenish suppliesEnsure effective teammate relationsIdentify safety hazards in the workplaceMaintain the condition of all material handling equipment owned by ReturnProincluding forklifts reach trucks and wavesMaintain all automated and manual processing equipment including shrink wrap machines conveyors and storage racks improving efficiency where practicalEnsure equipment within the facility does not present a danger to the health or safety of teammatesMaintain complete records of inspections and work completedEnsure all fire extinguishers fire exit doors and emergency lighting are functioning properly and meet all regulatory codesDesign implement and maintain a preventive maintenanceMaintain sufficient inventory of parts and necessary suppliesClean designated building areas (dusting sweeping vacuuming mopping restroom cleaning etc.)Clean windows and mirrorsClean and supply restroomsRemove waste and empty trashMaintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspectedReplenish cleaning and maintenance suppliesOrganize janitorial storage areasNotify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenanceQualifications A high school qualification or equivalentBasic knowledge and skills in electrical electronics mechanics plumbing and carpentryExperience in operating bench and portable power toolsA clean safety record and working knowledge of workplace safetyExperience in manufacturing would be advantageousKnowledge of health and safety lawsForklift certification requiredExcellent knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing processFrequently required to walk bend use hands and reach with hands and armsPossible weekend work and overtime required (including potential overnight shifts)Ability to frequently and repetitively lift push and carry up to 35 lbs.Ability to frequently and repetitively lift and carry 20 lbs. up and down stairsAbility to frequently and repetitively bend lift and reach to install parts of varying size and weight overheadKnowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.)Attention to detail accuracy and task completionAbility to manage a team of approximately 5 peopleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to act with integrity professionalism and confidentialityEmbody ReturnPros company values: Team InnovationPartnership and SustainabilityDemonstrated initiativeAbility to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challengesAbility to work independently multi-task and deliver quality work in an efficient mannerAbility to manage competingprioritiesAbility to succeed in a team environment Key Skills Administrative Skills,Facilities Management,Biotechnology,Creative Production,Design And Estimation,Architecture Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
