The position will require good electrical trouble shooting skills as well as a good mechanical aptitude. We are seeking qualified candidates with five years experience in building and equipment maintenance with an emphasis on electrical installation and troubleshooting. ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for but isnot limited to machine installation control wiring installations and troubleshooting to the component level PLC understanding and troubleshooting skills anchoring equipment running conduit pulling wire termination of conductors maintenance and rebuilding of equipment and other routine maintenance duties.QualificationsEducation/ExperienceHigh school diploma required5 years experience in building and equipment maintenance with an emphasis on electrical installation and troubleshootingExperience maintaining and troubleshooting automated conveyor equipment preferred1 year of lead experience.Certifications in basic electrical mechanical motor control relay logic and schematic reading preferredExperience operating boom and scissor lifts requiredKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesMust be able to use basic electrical test instruments to include VOM multi-meter clamp on ampere meter and other basic test instrumentsMechanical skills related to installation maintenance and repair of various campus electrical plumbing and mechanical systems.Must be able to lift 50lbs routinely throughout the work shifSaddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action employer as required by law.
