Lead Medical Technologist- Day shift Full-time with Benefits at Frederick Health

The Lead Technologist performs functional duties in the Pre-Analytic Analytic and Post-Analytic phases if the Laboratory Path of Workflow. S/he is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operational functions for the assigned shift including day-to-day supervision QC compliance and troubleshooting. The Lead Technologist assists the supervisor with monitoring rest results and staff training and competency assessment.Required: Medical Laboratory Technologist experience in Blood Bank and as a generalist. Prefer a minimum of two years of experience. Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or related science.
